The family home of Lord Salisbury is Hatfield House, Hertfordshire. The motto on the crest, \u2018Sero Sed Serio\u2019 translates as \u2018late but in earnest\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image is-style-default\"><figure class=\"alignleft size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/cecillodge449.org.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/temple-edited-769x1024-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-312\" width=\"220\" height=\"155\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The lodge moved to its current home at the Cloisters, Letchworth in 1953, and currently comprises 47 members, from many different occupations, most of whom are local to the North Hertfordshire area. The age range of members is from mid-twenties to retired<em>.<\/em> We meet five times a year, on the second Thursday in January, March, May, September and November.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meetings generally start around 5pm, and afterwards we have a drink in the bar.
